How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are currently made to order, with a production time of 5 days. Shipping takes 1-2 days within Canada and 3-5 days for international orders. Please note that lace closures require a longer production time of 3-4 weeks and will take additional time to ship.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we ship to both the US and UK.

What is your return policy? 

All items are final sale once removed from the packaging. However, if the hair is faulty, you may request a full refund within 3 months by providing photos as proof of the issue.
